
Ingredients
- 400 g extra-firm tofu, cubed
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Press tofu for 10 minutes to remove excess water, then cube it and toss with cornstarch.
- Pan-fry the tofu in a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat until golden on all sides; set aside.
- In the same pan, stir-fry broccoli and bell pepper for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil together, then pour over the vegetables.
- Return the tofu to the pan, toss everything together for 2 minutes, and top with sesame seeds.
